Audit Logs
Audit Logs show who changed important RepoFlow resources, what happened, and when it happened.
At a glance
- Review workspace, repository, member, permission, and package activity.
- Search events by actor or resource and filter them by date.
- Export the visible results or a selected date range to CSV.
- Keep audit history for the period included in your plan or self-hosted configuration.
The available history period depends on your RepoFlow plan or server configuration.
What is recorded
Audit Logs include workspace, repository, member, permission, package upload, deletion, login, logout, and scheduled-rule events. They are designed for meaningful changes and security-relevant activity.
Routine package downloads, package-manager authentication checks, remote cache reads, and repeated background requests are not recorded. Download counts and last-downloaded timestamps remain available as package metrics, not audit events.
View audit logs
- Open Workspace Settings and select Audit Logs to review activity for the current workspace.
- Search for an actor or resource, or choose a date range.
- Select an event to inspect its readable details.
- Use Export CSV when you need to analyze or retain the filtered history elsewhere.
System administrators can open System Settings and select Audit Logs for system-level events and activity across workspaces. Workspace administrators only see events within the workspace they manage.
For self-hosted deployments, ENABLE_AUDIT_LOGS controls whether new events are stored. See Server Environment Variables.
